Edwin is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition platform that helps users generate personalised meal plans, analyse food labels, and track their fitness goals. The app is operated by Elite Suite.

You must be 18 years or older to use Edwin. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Edwin offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — Edwin does not store your payment card details. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Edwin provides AI-generated nutrition and fitness information for general wellness purposes only. The content generated by Edwin — including meal plans, macro calculations, and label analyses — is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, registered dietitian, or physician before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health regimen. Edwin is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of the app.

Edwin uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate meal plans and analyse food labels. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated content before acting on it. Edwin makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.

The Edwin app, its design, code, and branding are owned by Elite Suite and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Edwin without our written permission.

Content you create using Edwin — such as saved recipes and meal plans — remains yours. By saving content, you grant Edwin a limited licence to store and display it to you within the app.

Edwin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Suite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Edwin, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or health-related outcomes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Edwin shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use Edwin ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Edwin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Edwin shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
